Claustrophobia Phobia and CPAP

I just completed my sleep study. The second night of the study on the CPAP was unreal. I could not stand the mask over my face. They tried several different mask along with
sleeping med.I have been Claustrophobia Phobia for years.
I left the hospital very upset. I was so in hopes of the
CPAP working and being able to sleep and I couldn't make
my self wear it. The Dr called and asked me to give it a
try at home they deliver it today. He said I had to try my
AHI was 109 and O2 was 70. If anyone can advice me how
they have over come Claustrophobia Phobia I would be
gratefull.
