Sinus trouble and CPAP

Posted by Alexis on September 26, 2001 at 07:03:52:

Alike most of us on this board, I have a deviated septum and chronic sinutitus. I've tried all the steroidal sprays, saline, you name it, and they don't seem to help. However, my sinus condition has actually improved via CPAP use. When I turn it on, it blows out my congestion and opens up that septum. I also find that if I use the CPAP durring the day with the humidifier set in the warm range, it seems to help me durring the day. Any simmilar experiences?
