I also have the Virtuoso LX and have been generally pleased with it. One word of caution, the Virtuoso (in Autopap mode) is currently designed to work only with the passover (cold) humidifier from Respironics. Most (not all) people need a heated humidifier for best results.

It will work with a heated humidifier in the regular cpap mode, but then you loose the potential benefits of having an autopap (and you spend more money).

The people at Respironics say they are considering a design change so that future Virtuosos will work with heated humidifiers, but until then if you want an autopap unit I suggest finding one that will work with the heated humidifier in case you need it. I also suggest looking for one that will work with nasal pillows. The Virtuoso will not work with pillows in autopap mode.
