6 hours OK?

Posted by sally on September 26, 2001 at 10:45:35:

I'm getting the hang of the CPAP gig, but I just can't sleep past 6 a.m., no matter what I try. Sleeping aids are out of the question. Like clockwork, my body awakens at 6 a.m. and I watch tv till 8:20 when I leave for work. I assume I'm getting some benefit from 6 hours even though I just can get a full 8+ hours of CPAP a night? I feel better, but it seems like there's improvement to come that I'm just not seeing at this point.
