Hello, I use the Adam Circuit without the cpapman custom headgear.I use the standard coolnight head gear..even when it seems to slip off the back of my head the pillows stay in place for me...I do sometimes get the sense of extreme closeness, but I get past it pretty fast...my nose doesnt hurt nor get sore....Sometimes i switch back to a mask,but 80% of time is nasal pillows....you will find your own personal favorites....Good Luck!
