If you are waking at 0600 everyday you might try going to bed earlier. Try going to bed just 10 or 15 minutes earlier than normal each day until you reach the point you can't get to sleep within 30 minutes of going to bed. You might try getting a lot of early morning sun as this will advance your circadian clock and get you to bed earlier. Avoid bright light in the evenings as this will delay your clock.

If you are new to CPAP, it may be that your body is so used to poor quality sleep that 6 hours of good sleep feels like enough for now. You may find that getting more will come easy in the near future. Hang in there,
