Thanks for the advice Cue. I'm 6'1 and 175 lbs so losing weight is not an issue. I saw information on a dental appliance that moves the jaw forward. Any experience with this device? The article claimed a high rate of effectivenes for this device, but it mentioned that nothing beats CPAP.
