I have to ask for clarification. You said the doctor stated no apnea episodes at all during the night, but then mentioned "that I tolerated 5 water pressure without an Apnea episode". Were you on CPAP the whole night? Were you on CPAP during the early morning hours?
The reason I ask this is that a pressure of 5 cm/h2o could prevent all apneas during part of the night, then you could still have very severe individual apneas during the early morning hours when the worst apneas typically occurr.
I hope that you test totally clear of apneas without any CPAP use at all. This is the ultimate, and only true test.
