Hello Paula,
I've been using nasal pillows (Breeze) for just under a month. I think its great. I still get a little sore from the pillows, but I sleep so much better with the pillows that I just keep on working with it. Gradually, I have been able to tell that my nose is getting used to it and the discomfort is getting less and less. When you start out with the pillows, if they hurt try lightly coating the pillows with neosporin. It reduces the discomfort, eliminate sores, and helps prevent any infections.
