This is posted on the Zomig website. Front page. Notice the warning at the bottom about cardiovascular disease which can be caused by sleep apnea.
Something to think about,

ZOMIG is indicated for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults. ZOMIG should only be used where a clear diagnosis of migraine has been established. ZOMIG should not be administered only to patients with hemiplegic or basilar migraine. ZOMIG, like other compounds in this class, should not be given to patients in whom unrecognized coronary artery disease (CAD) is predicted by risk factors unless a cardiovascular evaluation provides satisfactory clinical evidence that the patient is reasonably free of coronary artery and ischemic myocardial disease or other significant underlying cardiovascular disease.
