Probably you have some nasal congestion that is causing you to pull off the mask in your sleep. As others have suggested, a heated humidifier can help. Also, you may need to ask your doctor to prescribe a steroid nasal spray for you. Are you by any chance taking any medications that might interfere with sleep? I also agree with what other have said, that getting a really comfortable mask that works for you can also help. What kind of mask do you have now?

BTW, if you run a search on earlier forums on fish hooks, you will find entertaining exchanges from those of us struggling to find ways to keep that mask on!
