Do you have any allergies? I start having the same problem you are describing as soon as hay fever season kicks in in the fall. My throat feels dry all of the time (I'm sipping tea w/honey as I write this - it helps a little - so does orange juice) although I don't think my throat is actually dry - I think it's the allergy irritation and the sinus drainage that makes it feel that way. I'll suffer with this until we get a good hard freeze and then I'll be fine until next fall.
