Spence, I think it is even more comfortable than the nasal mask. Although I was actually breathing through my nose a good portion of the time, whenever I got stuffy I just opened my mouth without sacrificing the use of the cpap. I think ResMed deserves awards for the design of their mirage masks, headgear, the swing arm, and the Autoset T and humidaire. This is light years beyond the torture equipment I started out with.

If you have the AutoSet T you don't need to worry about pressure needs being affected by switching to the full face mask; you just push the menu button and change the setting for the mask.
