I have been using a Breeze with the Fisher-Paykel HC100 humidifier for 2 months now with a CPAP setting of 9. My prior set-up was the Adam Circuit, without humidification, which I used for a year. I initially started therapy with a Sleepnet IQ nasal mask, but within a few weeks I developed lesions on the bridge of my nose, and lots of air leaks, so my DME suggested the nasal pillows, which was a great improvement, and probably allowed me to stay compliant.
Since the Breeze headgear has several adjustment options, I believe it fits better and is easier to adapt to than the Adam Circuit. My only problem has been with the humidifier, which was dumping water on my face and into my nasal passages. I have now got the HC 100 setting at #3, and use a hose insulation tube that I ordered from CPAPMan.
As you will see if you scan messages on this topic from previous Forums, what works for one person may not work for all. I am about 95% satisfied with my current equipment, and based my choices on what I learned from other contributors to these Forums.
