I have that problem in the winter when the house humidity is very low. One thing that helps is to put some wet clothes (like washcloths) around the CPAP's air intake. I get a washcloth very wet with hot water, wipe my face and the mask to make a better seal, and then put it and maybe other cloths around the ait intake. The air coming is is wetter, sand the humidifier adds to it, so the final air is wetter. This seems to indicate that the the humidifier is inadequate for some people.
Many forums ago somebody talked about using 2 humidifiers, one after the other. It seems like this should work also, except that it may decrease the CPAP pressure somewhat and may interfere with AutoPAP sensing.
