I've had sinus headaches all my life and a few years ago began having migraines also. There are times I have trouble deciding which I'm having. Sometimes for me the pain seems all over. Perhaps you are having migraines rather than sinus/tmj. Perhaps that is why Zomig gives you relief. Zomig and Imitrex are not strickly pain relievers. I don't recall the technical terms but they work on the causes, rather than the just pain relief. Just a thought. Good Luck
