Have you tried either Zomig or Imitrex? I do agree with you that it's clear that my tmj/sinus pain isn't from sinus or tmj...I think it's from the headache. As I mentioned, all of the pain subsided after taking this med. Of course the insurance company will not pay to keep me on this med. I'd be curious to see if anybody had any bad side effects from either. Thanks very much for your response. Peter
