Data transfer cable (Tranqulity Auto, etc.)

Hi all. There has been some confusion over the data transfer cable that attaches the Tranquility Auto (and other Respironics machines) to the home computer. Some people say that is now comes with the TAuto, some say it doesn't. Does anyone have a definative answer to this question? I bought mine about a month ago and it didn't have that. The guy said it was another $550 for the cable and the software.

Also, does anyone know what this cable actually is? I am quite familiar with computer cabling and optical cabling, but would need a LOT more info before I could just build a cable (a lot cheaper I hope).

I look forward to seeing what everyone has to say about this.
