The SE is sleep efficiency, or how much of your time in bed did you actually spend asleep. The RDI is the Respiratory Disturbance Index, usually a combination of apneas and hypopneas but not necessarily UARS. The RDI is calculated by summing the apneas and hypopneas and dividing that by the time spent asleep.
