Do you have an insulating cover for your hose? They work pretty well. CPAPman site (click the icon for the Sleep Mall at the top of this page) has a very good one for around $10. This will allow you to turn up the humidity a bit higher than before.

Depending on the room temperature and humidity, I sometimes get a little bit of water from my own exhaled breath condensing in the nasal pillows themselves. It's not very much but sometimes I wake up and have to shake the drops out. Not much can be done otherwise.

All of this humidity stuff is very "room-specific." You have to experiment to get the right setting, and you will find it changes from season to season. You can get some general advice from the forum, but you won't get a formula for the "right" temp setting, as it varies from place to place, and even from house to house.
