I have the same problem as you do (mouthbreathing). I have the breeze pillows and I like the feel but can't use them with chin straps etc until off the autopap machine. Will let you know how that works in a week or so. Meanwhile the mirage ff mask is working OK but I tie a piece of chin strap around my head back to front to hold the mask in place. It ties just over the oxegon hole area. When I sleep on my side and move from side to side it seems to hold pretty well. Just practice until you find the right solution. (see my bra note under american ingenuity!) I also need a small mask and the mirage FF is the only thing that has worked. The aclaim and the spectrum did not fit well. I haven't tried adams.s circuit. Breeze is comfortable, but again I tie something to hold it to my face so it doesn't tug on my nostrils when I move. Good luck. Sandy
