Most people get used to "balloon mouth" and it goes away. As lost sleep says, it's not the ramp. What happens is that you lose the tongue "seal" in the back of your mouth and instead of air going down your airway, the air pours into your mouth. Happens to me from time to time still, after three years. If this is your worst problem, be happy!
