My husband uses BIPAP, heated humidifier and oxygen concentrator. We have cruised 4 times with all the equipment without any problems. The cruiseline will supply distilled water if you have your travel agent (or you, if you didn't use one)call them and put it in your record that a gallon of distilled water is needed. If it isn't in your cabin when you board all you have to do is ask your room steward to get it for you, or go to the purser's desk.

If you use a heated humidifier now, you will need it on the ship. The air conditioning makes the air inside very dry.

Enjoy your cruise!
