What? Do I read that right? He had 0% slow wave sleep? Whether it's from apnea or some other reason, that's not acceptable, he needs that deep sleep. It's good he seems to be getting some REM, - maybe one of the resident technicians can say whether 20% is a good percentage. But he should be retested. And maybe try a different lab.
