Just hang in for a while, and see if it changes again. You're body is probably just readjusting to the differences, now that your sleep patterns are different, and you may have more changes to go.

My sleep has been altering in various ways ever since I got the machine a couple of months ago, too. Some of it is life stresses and current events. but when I first started experiencing early morning wakeups, I decided that my body was just so convinced it wasn't 'allowed' to get a good night's sleep, it started waking up early to compensate for the fact that I was finally getting some deep sleep. (This has since changed)

I've been reassured to find postings from other people who reported changes to sleep habits, mood swings, and other wierdness for weeks after the start of treatment.
