If you had a good result, you should be able to get the Tranquility Auto. I had a similar experience with my DME. First they brought me the Virtuoso. It (of course) doesn't work with heated humidifier. They took it back and brought me a Tranquility Auto. (Because you can't download the data from it I asked them to get me an Autoset T or Auto Adjust LT). This all took months but I did finally get the Autoset T. It was worth the weight. What you need to do is ask to speak to the manager. Tell him you will pay if your insurance doesn't cover it. I had to promise on a stack of Bibles. They didn't believe medicare would cover the smart paps but they did. So hang in there, go for it and good luck!
