I agree with Cue Miller and terrys that your husband should go for another test, perhaps at a different lab. Snoring and apnea are on a continuum and it's more than likely his condition is worsening. By the way, I had a test at one lab where the tech said there was no snoring; then in my most recent test, the tech said, "You snore all the time!" Maybe you could tape a portion of his sleeping to play for the doctor (and the tech if necessary).

I note that your husband had something like 39 arousals. I dont know if that's a very high number, but it does seem as though that could be contributing to his daytime sleepiness as well. The oxygen level also shouldn't have dipped below low 90th % unless he has upper airway resistance syndrome, I'm guessing.

A new study should clarify. Good luck!
