Tranquility Auto Data Cable-new info and question

Well, the saga of data download continues with my Tranquility Auto. Respironics about died when I asked them directly what I needed. They said that data download is ONLY for the sleep techs. Yeah; ok; whatever.

I e-mailed all of the places in the sleep mall about getting the cable. Everyone said $40-$50 except for CpapMan. He said it was going to be $350 because he has some funky little digital converter box that is supposed to go with it.

Does anyone know about this? Anyone ACTUALLY OWN this setup and download their data? ANY info will be greatly appreciated. What on earth do I really need???
