My CPAP has a built-in heated humidiifer, so it was not possible to leave it home. There was a single 220-volt socket in the room near ceiling height. There was also a 110-volt socket in the bathroom. My 79¢ two-prong to three-prong adpater that fit the socket, and I attached the ground wire to the screw holding the plate on the wall. The fancy adapter did not fit, but I used that one for the extra days in a hotel in Athens. The CPAP is dual-voltage, so no converter was needed.
It worked fine. They did not have distilled water, and insisted that none was available on ship. Thus, I used bottled water.
