maybe i'm not discribing it correctly, The giant bra cup is just the straping that holds the mask to your head, it has the velcro straps that go on the back top of your head and the velcro straps that go on the back bottom of your head, the only big difference is a soft white material that runs between the straps. the material completely covers the back of my head in order to keep the mask in place when i roll over at night. I didn't notice a manufactures lable and (for the first time) haven't experienced any leaks.
