I'll bet hubby had a chuckle after that one.

You changed cpaps, added a heated humidifier, and changed the headgear, but are still using the same mask.

Obviously you needed a humidifier or else you wouldn't have requested one. This should help you sleep when it is providing the proper level of humidification. Can you tell if it is helping in any way? Is it best for you with heat or without?

The new headgear is helping because the leaks have stopped. Unless the headgear is more uncomfortable than the original, this shouldn't be the problem.

Mask hasn't changed.

That leaves the cpap. As has been discussed frequently on these forums, one cpap will not be the best unit for all people. It seems the unit you originally had was working for you at least better than the new unit. The RemStar LX is a straight cpap unit. Go back to the DME and find out what unit you originally had and see what the difference might have been.

Another thing you might check is to look for any leaks in the hose or on the connections.
