hypnagogic

I have had hypnagogic hal. during the day. ex. wile I was driving, my car drove through a man running across the street waving sign laung. signals at me. Then I saw Him slowly disapear through an invisable door. I am sure the dream means nothing, but I just wondered if any one else ever exp. anything like this. It has happened numerous times throughout my life, but has stopped sence I was diognoised and treated with cpap. Anyone exp. dreaming wile awake during daylight? Is this a normal symptom?
