You can't imagine how thrilled I am to see your post. Although I do not recommend what I have been doing to anyone else, since I eliminated dairy products from my diet I can 'feel' my feet as I walk. As I walk I feel the pressure change from one part of my foot to another.

It was about the same time that my left hand lost its blue tinge.

I thought that people would think that I had gone bonkers if I posted that I could feel my 'feet' as I walked.

Are you being treated for OSA?
