Since this seems to be occuring only sporadically, it is probably not related to the cpap.
If your pressure is sufficient and there are no leaks or mouthbreathing episodes, then the cpap should work. Perhaps it is related to sleep position?
Sleep fragmentation may be a side effect of the medication.
