Do you have diabetes? Circulatory problems? I also have noticeable numb spots on my feet as well as pains in my thighs and calves and cold feet but oddly enough these have all but disappeared recently. The only changes in my life in the last few months have been the addition of a second medication for my diabetes (Actos), and the surgical removal of a significant blockage in my carotid artery. It's my guess that the Actos is responsible for my foot and leg improvement. Or maybe phases of the moon, who knows?

There are several different reasons for numbness in feet, however, as well as pain in the legs. I've been tested for circulatory problems in the legs, but the tests show nothing wrong. Nobody has mentioned a connection with OSA, at least not yet, but my OSA has been treated with nightly CPAP use for over three years now.
