Since starting cpap five weeks ago I only remember 1 dream. It got so bad I hated to got to sleep. When I woke in the morning the “dream state” continued for up to an hour (usually about ½ hour). It was hard to shake some dreams. Several times a week my dreams were funny (like hunting unipods, 4 foot elephant like creatures that of coarse jumped and hard to shoot), most were mundane, but once a week I would have gruesome ones. The gruesome one I could do without and normally it was hard to get to sleep the next night. All the dreams I remember were vivid and in color. I also heard my voice yell my name or a door slam (I thing that was me telling me to wake up and breath).

Since the cpap (about 5 weeks) I have had only one “bad” dream. I do not remember any other dream nor have I heard anything. This alone is worth the price of a CPAP.
