I follow Cue's routine except i just use a hot water, dish detergent mixture connect the two ends together and whirl it around for a while and hang it on the doorknob. After my shower i drain the hose and hook the end to the bathtub faucet and flush it out from both ends. Then i hang the hose over the shower curtain rod for the day to dry out. This is done about once a week.By the way my oxygen line goes for months without a cleaning until they give me a new one and nobody has ever suggests to wash it out???
