2-3 weeks on CPAP is not enough. You have years of sleep debt to make up. There are about 15% of people who do not receive any benefit from CPAP, but you have to go through several sleep studies, pressure changes, etc before you find that out. Just keep working on good sleep hygiene & 100% compliancy. You'll notice a gradual improvement. God bless & good sleep. Delana
