As far back as I can remember I always dreamed including many nightmares. They may have been far between at times but I can always remember them. As my doctor tried to figure out what was going on with me he perscribed Paxil for "the mild depression". After all, I had to be depressed since I did'nt have alot of drive anymore, was tired all the time and gained alot of weight over the last 5-10 years. Boy did I have strange dreams then. After I stopped the medication my doc figured I should try the cpap and I'm sorry that it was'nt found out along time ago. My dreams come almost every nite and always are good natured. so far no nightmares. I sleep 6-7 hrs a night and wake refreshed. I've also been on the machine for 8 weeks and hope it continues to keep getting better.

Thanks to this forum I've been able to get the help, assistance and direction my doctors were'nt able to give me.
