Never heard of this. Some doctors. Usually a retest is done after a few months if you don't notice any improvement as the pressure could be wrong.

In some cases cpap will not work but usually the pressure needs to be checked in another overnight study.

Get a complete copy of your studies as you can compare them and see what is going on.
