Oscar, do you even know if you have sleep apnea? From your previous post, I don't think you do. You're talking about renting a cpap to "try it out" and now talking about getting a dental appliance, go get tested. You may find that you don't have apnea at all and don't need to spend money on any of these things. You may also find that you have another sleep disorder. If so, the money you will spend trying out all this stuff will have been wasted, and you will still have whatever it is that is bothering you. Being cheap and trying to experiment and treat yourself for an undiagnosed sleep disorder is not only dangerous, but WILL PROBABLY END UP COSTING YOU MORE than getting the testing done. You also may find that you don't have any sleep disorders at all (Gee, wouldn't that be too bad?).
