Hi tom,

Thanks, i did just that. One of the earlier messages i found was from you, where you say it can take up to 6 months to pay off sleep debt. Does that mean that even after 140 hours on the cpap is it quite normal to still be feeling really tired? I have an appointment at the hospital on the 22 November, to see how its all going and stuff. By that time i would of been on the machine for 6 weeks. They told me to expect a big difference by 6 weeks. Im scared it wont happen. Ive counted on this cpap thing working so much. I dont think i could stand it if it doesnt. Anyhow, i shall ask them then about the sleep debt thing and see what they say.

thanks for your help
katie
