How you feel is only part of the picture, and for some of us it took a long time to "feel" better. Examine some of the little details indicating improvement - the first thing I noticed was getting once in the night rather than three or fout times. Have you stopped snoring, are you less restless? Are you tired, but not quite as drop dead sleepy. I found that I was tired driving home after work, but not as ready to fall asleep.

Think about some of these side issues, and hopefully you will find small changes for the better.
