The fact that you have noticed some improvement already is a good sign. Expect it to continue to get better. Some people take longer than others to adjust to the new sleeping configuration, tweak their equipment and to pay off their sleep debt.

I have been on CPAP for about 6 months, now, and am still improving. Though I know there is still room for improvement, I feel so much better, there is no question I will hang in there!

Don't concentrate on the fact that you are not completely better, but on the fact that you are making progress!
