CONTRAINDICATIONS:

OPAPR therapy is contraindicated for those patients who have demonstrated
hypersensitivity to poly-carbonate, poly-urethane or
poly-methylmethacrylate.

WARNINGS:

In accordance with the recommendations of the American Sleep Disorders
Association1, the OPAPR device should be fabricated at the direction of, and
fitted to the patient by a competent dentist. No appliance should be
provided without a complete examination and documentation of the airway,
mouth and cranio-mandibular complex. Special attention should be given to
the health of the temporo-mandibular joints, muscles of mastication, tooth
root anatomy and periodontal status. Mandibular advancement provided by this
device may reach 60 to 75% of the patient's maximum jaw protrusion.
