Question for FOG

Fog, I've been on CPAP for about 5 months and it's helping me partially. The one symptom that remains is my foggy head. It feels like I'm spacey all the time. Is there anything else going on that could be causing these symptoms. Any suggestions on clearing up my foggy head.
