I've been on CPAP about a year. I wash my Respironics Simplicity mask every morning with dish soap and water - takes about a minute. I'm on my second harness (Velcro wears out after about eight months) and don't wash the harness. I shower and shampoo daily (honest!) so maybe washing harness isn't necessary. Used to wash hose and tank weekly - lately it's monthly (if that). Again, for that I use dish soap and water. Haven't died yet!
