Sounds like you might need a new mask. Also, it takes a while to get used to wearing the mask. It was hard for me the first couple of weeks; now I wouldn't feel comfortable going to sleep without the mask on.

Try calling your sleep doctor and asking if he'll let you try a few different types of masks on -- mine did and I found that there are masks out there that are fairly comfortable.
