I assume you may be gaining and losing weight with pregnancy and postpartum. Also hormones of pregnancy (and lactation, are you nursing?) affect muscle tone. So you could be experiencing changes in your pressure requirement. Autopap should help with that; do you have software so you can monitor it? ALso, is the baby waking you up at night? It sounds like the zoloft is helping and also as your hormones get back to normal you should feel better. Good luck!
