To add empahsis to my own comments.

peripheral neuropathy is so severe that Morphine is commonly prescribed for it!!! For the rest of your life. Do not take sore feet in the morning lightly.

As to relationship to sleep apnea. None that I have read anywhere. Since I have this condition as well as severe OSA I cannot be certain, but blood sugar does correlate to the pain level. Apnea does not seem to.
